The Bachelor (s/ABC): Monday, February 1 at 8:00pm ET/PT (7:00pm CT, 9:00pm MT)
The pressure is on as Jake struggles to decide which four women he will escort home to meet their families. But first, the five remaining bachelorettes end their adventurous road trip in the romantic city of San Francisco. On the first individual date, one of the bachelorettes joins Jake for a private trolley ride and they discuss their possible future together. On the two-on-one date, the romance between Jake and one of the women intensifies And, when the trio head off to their respective bedrooms at the end of the date, Jake gets a late-night surprise visit. Jake spends the day of the rose ceremony enjoying the city with one Bachelorette, and Jake has some troubling issues he must confront her about. No woman is safe at the rose ceremony. In the end, he must narrow the field to four hopeful bachelorettes.

The Biggest Loser (s/NBC): Tuesday, February 2 at 8pm ET/PT (7:00pm CT, 9pm MT)
This week, contestants are surprised by the return of the blue and yellow teams, who were sent home after the first challenge of the season. Now they’re back, 30 days later, to weigh in and try to earn a spot back on the ranch. Then a vigorous football challenge tests everyone’s stamina, except for one player sidelined with medical issues, and provides immunity for the winner – but a big disadvantage for the losing team. Later, after another elimination round sends a player home, host Alison Sweeney surprises the contestants with exciting news.

Mercy (s/NBC): Wednesday, February 3 at 8:00pm ET/PT (7:00pm CT, 9:00pm MT)
Mercy staffers are jolted by the arrival of Dr. Joe Briggs (James Van Der Beek, Dawson's Creek), the arrogant new head of ICU with whom Veronica (Taylor Schilling) promptly locks horns. Meanwhile, Veronica and Dr. Sands (James Tupper) must set aside their own icy relationship as they try to save a boy found nearly frozen in the woods. Following the death of one of her patients, Chloe (Michelle Trachtenberg) helps the grieving widower take the difficult step of leaving the hospital and Sonia (Jaime Lee Kirchner) continues her turn as private nurse to an upper-crust family.

Cougar Town (s/ABC): Wednesday, February 3 at 9:30pm ET/PT (8:30pm CT, 10:30pm MT)
A hot tennis instructor comes between Ellie (Christina Miller) and Jules (Courteney Cox), Laurie (Busy Philipps) turns to Travis (Dan Byrd) to be her conscience, and Andy (Ian Gomez) and Grayson (Josh Hopkins) try to comfort Bobby (Brian Van Holt) who is nursing a fresh heartbreak over his ex-wife.

Parks and Recreation (s/NBC): Thursday, February 4 at 8:30pm ET/PT (7:30pm CT, 9:30pm MT)
The Parks Department forms a partnership with a local company to sell energy bars at the parks in Pawnee, but Leslie (Amy Poehler) tries to stop the deal when she discovers how unhealthy the snacks are. Mark (Paul Schneider) reluctantly agrees to help Tom (Aziz Ansari) move out of his house. Justin Theroux (Tropic Thunder) guest stars.

30 Rock (s/NBC): Thursday, February 4 at 9:30pm ET/PT (8:30pm CT, 10:30pm MT)
Liz Lemon (Tina Fey) takes Frank (Judah Friedlander) in as a roommate, and is pleasantly surprised when the two make a pact to help each other kick their bad habits. Meanwhile, Jenna Maroney (Jane Krakowski) turns to Jack Donaghy (Alec Baldwin) for help with her mother, Verna (Jan Hooks,SNL) who has come to visit.

Supernanny (s/ABC): Friday, February 5 at 8:00pm ET/PT (7:00pm CT, 9:00pm MT)
Mark and Melissa Mann have four young children — Naomi (5), whom they call the “mistress of mayhem,” and triplets Norah, Nathanial and Madeleine (3). Since the triplets’ birth, Naomi has come to rule the roost with her defiance, screaming and tantrums, and the chaos spreads to the younger ones. The parents’ discipline technique involves telling the children to “trust and obey” while paddling them with a wooden spoon, followed by a hug. But this isn’t working at all, as the kids constantly push the boundaries, find out if Jo Frost can help.
