VANCOUVER (July 22, 2016) WHAM BAM is about to take over the west! Rogers Radio today announced the full lineup for its KiSS RADiO WHAM BAM concert at The Fair at The PNE in Vancouver on Saturday, Aug. 20. The one-day music festival will feature some of the world’s top artists, including multiplatinum, award winning pop group Hedley, international pop sensation Jason Derulo, and Vancouver’s own Trevor Guthrie.

“We can’t wait to bring one of the country’s biggest musical events to the west coast,” said Paul Kaye, National Format Director - Top 40, Rogers Radio. “With world-renowned artists and musicians taking the stage this year, WHAM BAM is our thank you to loyal listeners across the lower mainland.”

With six studio LP’s selling a combined million-plus albums and four million singles, a pair of JUNOs, three SOCAN Awards and 60 million online video views, Hedley is one of the strongest forces on the Canadian music scene, led by versatile frontman Jacob Hoggard. Boasting eleven career platinum singles and over 50 million singles sold worldwide, Jason Derulo’s infectious songs and distinct sound have led him to performances around the globe and worldwide sales of 56 million records. One of Vancouver’s own, Trevor Guthrie’s talents have yielded several awards, including a JUNO for his single "This Is What It Feels Like" with world-renowned DJ Armin van Buuren.

Four additional acts will also take the stage, including B.C. native and JUNO-nominated singer-songwriter Tyler Shaw, in-house personality DJ Trouble, up-and-comer Kiki Rowe, and hip hop and alternative artist SonReal. Additional schedule details are included below.
