Les Stroud breaks the mold of documentary filmmaking again with his astonishing new series, Beyond Survival with Les Stroud. In the premiere episode Les travels to Sri Lanka, an island that from its beginnings was populated by thousands of demons, spreading disease and chronic pain. The only cure… a devil dance—the most complex, dramatic exorcism in the world and Stroud has secured a place to be the patient. Watch as Stroud learns to build, stand and fish from a single pole over the ocean. Then, Les travels inland to survive with The Vedas, a group of people who have been living out of caves since the mid 80’s.

Passionate foodie Adam Richman is on a hunger quest to find the most mouthwatering pigout joints in the United States. After getting to know the people behind the dishes from the staff to the loyal patrons, Adam seeks to find out what makes these places so legendary. This week Adam heads to Portland, Seattle, St Louis, Los Angeles and San Jose. Watch as Adam indulges in doughnuts shaped like voodoo dolls, a  hot wing contest and 12-egg omelete challenge.

Childrens Hospital: Wednesday, September 1 at 9pm ET/PT***Series Premiere***

Childrens Hospital lampoons the medical show genre by exploring the emotional struggles and sexual politics of a group of doctors with supercharged libidos. The dedication of these doctors to their personal lives is relentless; interrupted only by the occasional need to treat sick children. In the series premiere, Cat (Lake Bell) breaks up with Glenn (Ken Marino), and Lola (Erinn Hayes) fakes a brain tumor to dump Owen (Rob Huebel). Later, they "console" each other. Blake (Rob Corddry) is a sad clown, and Owen's ex-partner tries to lure him back to be a cop.

This week Victor Frankenstein brings Michael Jackson back to life some twenty years after his death in order to hang out with his now adult son Blanket Jackson.
