How I Met Your Mother (s/CBS): Monday, December 13 at 8pm ET/PT (7pm CT, 9pm MT)
When Marshall (Jason Segal) and Lily (Alyson Hannigan) receive shocking news, it has a profound effect on the gang and forces them to re-examine their own lives. Meanwhile, Robin (Cobie Smulders) gets a new job, Barney (Neil Patrick Harris) discovers the joy of giving on Christmas and Ted (Josh Radnor) begins his duties as Best Man for his old friend Punchy's wedding. Alex Trebek guest stars as himself.

Russell (David Spade) takes Adam’s (Oliver Hudson) idea of Holiday gift-giving, surprising everyone in the office, and Audrey (Megyn Price) is determined to make everyone laugh at Jeff’s (Patrick Warburton) Holiday party.

Minute To Win It (s/ NBC): Tuesday, December 14 at 8pm ET/PT (7pm CT, 9pm MT) ***HOLIDAY SPECIAL***
Catch another Minute To Win It holiday special! Contestants will participate in exciting holiday themed games and win major prizes in addition to the usual cash. There will also be a special grand prize of $3 million, numerous audience giveaways, Christmas carolers, surprise musical performances of course a visit from Santa and his helpers.

The Biggest Loser (s/NBC): Tuesday, December 14 at 9pm ET/PT (8pm CT, 10pm MT)***LIVE SEASON FINALE***
In this must-see, exciting live finale, all of the contestants from this season return for a special reunion and a chance to weigh in one last time – and show everyone how much weight they’ve all lost since beginning their weight-loss journeys. There are four contestants left, but America has voted on who will be the third finalist in the game. After America’s vote is revealed and the third finalist is announced, the eliminated player will then weigh in with the other 18 eliminated contestants to compete for the $100,000 “at home” prize. Then it’s the moment viewers have been waiting for, when one of the three finalists will be named this season’s Biggest Loser and win the coveted grand prize of $250,000!

Modern Family (s/ABC): Wednesday, December 15 at 9pm ET/PT (8pm CT, 10pm MT) ***ENCORE PRESENTATION***
The Dunphey family tries to avoid a total communication breakdown by going without their electronic devices. Meanwhile Mitchell (Jesse Tyler Ferguson) and Cameron (Eric Stonestreet) shop for preschools for Lily; and Jay (Ed O’Neill) and Manny (Rico Rodriguez) worry about Gloria’s (Sofia Vergara) obsession with a neighbour’s barking dog.

Cougar Town (s/ABC): Wednesday, December 15 at 9:30pm ET/PT (8:30pm CT,10:30pm MT)***ENCORE PRESENTATION***
As Jules (Courteney Cox) adjusts to living on her own, Grayson (Josh Hopkins) unwillingly becomes the new object of her constant attention; Travis (Dan Byrd) turns to Bobby (Brian Van Holt) for advice on how to redefine himself at college; and Ellie (Christa Miller) is determined not to be friends with her new nanny.

Hell’s Kitchen: Wednesday, December 15 at 10pm ET/PT (9pm CT, 8pm MT)***SEASON FINALE***
In the exciting season finale the final two chefs must prepare five course meals to be judged by five L.A executive chefs and food-service executives. The winner recieves a head chef position at L.A. Market at the JW Marriot Hotel in Los Angeles.

Supernanny (s/ABC): Friday, December 17 at 8pm ET/PT (7pm CT, 9pm MT)
A trip to Kissimmee, Florida, is no vacation for Supernanny Jo Frost as she finds the Fernandez family falling apart. Former high school sweethearts Jerald and Marla married young and now, years later, their relationship is in trouble. That’s largely due to their inability to control their defiant 12-year-old daughter, Desiree, and two overly aggressive sons, Elias, 5, and Eulisis, 3. Mom’s completely exhausted from trying to do it all, while Dad’s frustrated and often unwilling to step up to the plate. The Fernandez family chaos even extends beyond the home, when a simple trip to a store becomes an out-of-control nightmare. Find out if can Jo pick up the pieces and bring some discipline, peace and focus to this Florida family.
