The Cape: Monday, January 31 at 7pm ET/PT (6pm CT, 7pm MT)
Chess (James Frain) and the ARK Corporation prepare to unveil a special device that may alter the fate of Palm City. Tracey Jerrod a.k.a Dice (guest star Mena Suvari, American Beauty) is a young savant and inspiration for the device, emerges and targets Chess to avenge her father’s death. Realizing he must keep his enemy alive in order to fully destroy him, The Cape (David Lyons) suddenly finds himself defending his arch nemesis.
The Bachelor (s/ABC): Monday, January 31 at 8pm ET/PT (7pm CT, 9pm MT)
Brad and the 11 remaining bachelorettes head to Las Vegas for a day at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway and an evening at Cirque du Soleil's "Viva ELVIS" show, which includes a duet by Brad and one contestant. Unfortunately for another, it takes place during a two-on-one date, and she's the odd gal out. The episode's one-on-one date is a shopping trip to an upscale mall, followed by a rooftop dinner. At the cocktail party three ladies are sent home leaving eight women to vie for Brad’s love.
Harry’s Law (s/NBC) Monday, January 31 at 10pm ET/PT (9pm CT, 8pm MT)
“The Innocent Man”
After getting a tip from a priest, Harry (Kathy Bates) helps defend Jeffrey Rollins (guest star Steve Harris, Diary of a Mad Black Woman), an inmate serving life for a murder he did not commit. Meanwhile, legal woes continue to worsen for the laundromat after Adam (Nate Corddry) risks disbarment by going behind Tommy’s (guest star Christopher McDonald, Happy Gilmore) back to offer the fired employee her job back. Elsewhere, Malcolm (Aml Ameen) and Tommy form an unlikely partnership when they team up to help an overweight woman sue multiple fast food giants.
The Biggest Loser: Couples (s/NBC): Tuesday, February 1 at 8pm ET/PT (7pm CT, 9pm MT)
After four long weeks, the “unknowns” move to the ranch and are reunited with the other contestants, who get to meet the new trainers for the first time. Ranch contestants will be safe this week if they collectively lose more than 48 pounds, but the “unknowns,” will be facing their first elimination all season. A challenge involving weights shows which team stacks up to be the best, and later, everyone weighs in and finds out whether one or two players will be going home.

“Cry to Me”
It’s Valentine’s Day and Jules (Courteney Cox) wants nothing more than for Grayson (Josh Hopkins) to open up to her about his feelings. Meanwhile, when Ellie (Christa Miller) is adamant about not wanting to do anything for Valentine’s Day, Andy (Ian Gomez) makes a date with Bobby (Brian Van Holt), and Travis (Dan Byrd) looks to Laurie (Busy Philipps) for help in creating his “sexy” gift for Kirsten (Collete Wolfe).

“Advanced Dungeons and Dragons”
When Jeff (Joel McHale) becomes concerned about “Fat Neil,” (guest star Charley Koontz, Gigantic) a fellow Greendale student who is a bit of a loner, Abed (Danny Pudi) proposes that they invite him to play a game of Dungeons and Dragons to boost his spirits and his confidence. But when Pierce (Chevy Chase) discovers that he’s been excluded, he forces his way into the game and takes charge, disrupting their delicate plan.
Perfect Couples (s/NBC) Thursday, February 3 at 8:30pm ET/PT (7:30pm CT, 9:30pm MT)
After discovering that Dave (Kyle Bornheimer) has high cholesterol, Julia (Christine Woods) puts him on a strict diet and realizes it’s time to start acting like adults. Vance (David Walton) tries to curb Amy’s (Mary Elizabeth Ellis) outrageous spending. Rex (Hayes MacArthur) takes Leigh’s (Olivia Munn) suggestion of building a man cave where there are no rules and no judgments.

Leslie (Amy Poehler) wants to bury a time capsule that encapsulates life in Pawnee, but an odd suggestion from a local man (guest star Will Forte, Saturday Night Live) causes unforeseen consequences. Andy (Chris Pratt) seeks help from Chris (Rob Lowe) about how to win back April (Aubrey Plaza).
30 Rock (s/NBC): Thursday, February 3 at 10pm ET/PT (9pm CT, 8pm MT)
Jack (Alec Baldwin) tries to impress the owner of Kabletown, while Liz (Tina Fey) fakes being pregnant in order to hide Avery’s (Elizabeth Banks) pregnancy from her competitive co-worker, Carmen Chao (guest star Vanessa Minnillo, True Beauty).
Who Do You Think You Are? (s/NBC): Friday, February 4 at 8pm ET/PT (7pm CT, 9pm MT)***Season Premiere***
As someone who has made history on her own, Vanessa Williams (Desperate Housewives, Ugly Betty) sets out on a journey to find out if her ancestors were also trailblazers. Her search leads her to the National Archives in Washington, D.C. and to South Carolina where she finds ancestral ties to the Civil War’s Union Army. She also heads to the South and discovers an ancestor who was an educator in a time when many African-American southerners did not have the opportunity to receive an education.
