Below is a chronological listing of detailed highlights for August 1 – August 7. All programming is subject to change.

Hell’s Kitchen: Monday, August 1 at 7pm ET/PT/MT (6CT)
This week, following an explosive elimination, the chefs are presented with their next challenge. Chef Ramsay introduces Chef Homaru Cantu and Chef Ben Roach, known for their unique ability to combine science and food. However, after an exciting demonstration with dry ice and liquid nitrogen, Chef Ramsay throws the teams for a loop – they will be doing just the opposite and going back to basics, using only heat and water to cook their dishes. Up for grabs this week is a relaxing day at the spa for the winning team. During dinner service, the Blue Team starts out strong on appetizers, while in the Red kitchen, Krupa’s repeated mistakes slow the team down. Each team manages to make it through dinner service without being shut down by Chef Ramsay but are told they each must nominate two members for elimination.

The Bachelorette, Season 7 (s/ABC): Monday, August 1 at 8pm ET/PT/MT (7CT) ***Season Finale***
In Fiji, Ashley must choose between Ben F. and J.P., the two final contenders for her heart and, perhaps, her hand. In their "last chance" dates, both guys use the L-word, but one has an edge: the support of Ashley's entire family. Not so for the other. Find out who Ashley gives her heart to in the climatic finale of The Bachelorette.

After the Rose: Monday, August 1 at 10pm ET/PT/MT (9CT)
Ashley recaps the Season 7 finale in Fiji, and tells host Chris Harrison what was going through her mind while she was trying to make her decision. Also appearing are the two finalists—Ben F. and J.P.—and Ashley's sister Chrystie Hebert-Corns.

Hell’s Kitchen (s/FOX): Tuesday, August 2 at 8pm ET/PT/MT (7CT)
For the first time ever, Hell’s Kitchen is hosting a class reunion and in this week’s challenge, each team must come up with three menu items for the occasion. After meeting with the reunion committee members and deciding on a Hawaiian Luau theme, the teams set to work on discussing dishes and strategy; but a miscommunication threatens to throw the Red Team’s whole menu off course. The winners of this week’s challenge have a lot to cook for: a day spent on a magnificent super yacht with a Jacuzzi and fully-stocked bar. Next, it’s on to the dinner service and while the reunion committee is impressed with the décor, dinner leaves something to be desired. As the Blue Team flounders with raw fish, the Red Team falls increasingly behind. In elimination, Chef Ramsay must decide who will continue on to cook another day.

America’s Got Talent (s/NBC): Tuesday, August 2 at 9pm ET/PT/MT (8CT) ***LIVE***
Judging is turned over to the American viewing audience as twelve of the top 48 acts perform live in Los Angeles for the chance to win the $1 million prize and become the most talented act in America. Howie Mandel, Piers Morgan and Sharon Osbourne star as the celebrity panel of judges and Nick Cannon hosts.

America’s Got Talent (s/NBC): Wednesday, August 3 at 9pm ET/PT (8CT, 10MT) ***LIVE***
The votes are in and four acts from the previous night’s performance show move on to the top 24 to continue their pursuit of the $1 million prize -- and be one step closer to becoming the most talented act in America. Howie Mandel, Piers Morgan and Sharon Osbourne star as the celebrity panel of judges and Nick Cannon hosts.

Murdoch Mysteries: Wednesday, August 3 at 10pm ET/PT (9CT, 8MT)
Anna Fulford (Lisa Faulkner), the beautiful barmaid that Detective Murdoch fell for last season in England, has stopped over in Toronto on her way to Niagara Falls… to be married. Barely over that shock, Murdoch learns that Anna’s fiancé, a businessman from New York City, has vanished. Murdoch suspects Anna’s betrothed may be connected to a bizarre murder aboard a streetcar… a shooting no one heard. When the fiancé also turns up dead, Murdoch fears the work of The Black Hand - the forerunner of the Mafia - behind both killings. He’s all too aware that The Black Hand will hunt down and kill anyone associated with the fiancé, even a complete innocent like Anna. Meanwhile, Inspector Brackenreid faces pressure from his backers in his run for Alderman to score political points by harassing a band of Gypsies and their mysterious leader, Mirela (Lisa Ray).

The Marriage Ref (s/NBC): Sunday, August 7 at 10pm ET/PT (9CT, 8MT)
Jim Breuer, Caroline Rhea, and Nick Cannon are the all-new celebrity panel to join host Tom Papa on The Marriage Ref. A husband believes his wife devotes too much attention to Oprah, a wife disapproves of her husband’s alias, and a husband wants his wife to tone down her passion for football. The celebrities pick sides within each couple and the studio audience votes to determine the “Rightest of the Right.”
