Hell’s Kitchen: Monday, August 8 at 7pm ET/PT/MT (6CT)
The teams are cooking with fire this week, as Chef Ramsay introduces the expert judges – beer sommeliers Hallie and Christina – and reveals this week’s challenge: Cooking with Beer. Recovering from a rough night the night before, Krupa isn’t quite up to the task and Red Team is quick to notice. Up for grabs this week is a day in Long Beach in the middle of Indy Car weekend for a once-in-a-lifetime racing experience. The losing team will be spending the day handling all the deliveries at Hell’s Kitchen. The Blue Team is off to a rough start with dinner service, but soon things spiral out of control in both kitchens when Chef Ramsay discovers a mess of both undercooked and overcooked meats. Temper’s flare during deliberation and Chef Ramsay holds nothing back when it comes time to send another chef packing.

Bachelor Pad, Season 2 (s/ABC): Monday, August 8 at 8pm ET/PT (7CT, 9MT) ***3 Hour Season Premiere***
The drama begins as the contestants move into the Bachelor mansion to meet their fellow competitors. Tension rises when Bachelor Jake Pavelka and his now ex-fiancée Vienna Girardi come face-to-face for the first time since their unforgettable primetime showdown. In the first challenge, the “Hook Up,” the men and women will pair off into couples, clinging to each other 10 feet in the air. The couple who can hang on to each other the longest will win the challenge and be saved from elimination. Plus, one man and one woman will be voted off.

Hell’s Kitchen (s/FOX): Tuesday, August 9 at 8pm ET/PT/MT (7CT)
Each team chooses a leader who, under Chef Ramsay’s direction, must decide who is the weakest link on the team. In turn, Chef Ramsay gives each appointed member a chance to prove themselves as leader for the day’s challenge: 45 minutes to cook five American classic dishes. Once the challenge has been completed, Chef Ramsay introduces a very special guest judge: Wolfgang Puck. He will decide who has earned the ultimate Hollywood Experience, cruising down the Sunset Strip and taking in a comedy show at The Laugh Factory, and who will stay behind to clean up the kitchen. At dinner service, the Red Team starts off shaky on the appetizer station with Carrie’s confusion. In the Blue Kitchen, Natalie tries to drive the team working the appetizers with Jonathon, who is not working at full capacity. Meanwhile, in the dining room, 12 members of the U.S. Coast Guard enter to have dinner in Hell’s Kitchen. Which team will rise to the occasion and which will fall flat?

Investigating the murder of a priest at a convent, Detective Murdoch encounters his long-lost sister, Susannah (Michelle Nolden), now the Reverend Mother of the convent. Their reunion is strained when suspicion falls on two nuns. Susannah insists the nuns are innocent, claiming that a reclusive nun, Sister Catherine, communes with angels and that the angels told Sister Catherine that a demon is responsible for the priest’s murder. Murdoch’s reluctance to accept this pits Susannah against him and calls his religious beliefs into question. But when Murdoch realizes that the murder victim was not a priest but an imposter and that he had a criminal history, the case takes on a more earthly footing. When the true source of Sister Catherine’s angelic messages eventually becomes clear, it uncovers a love triangle of deceit and revenge.
