Hell’s Kitchen: Monday, August 15 at 7pm ET/PT/MT (6CT)
It’s a new day in Hell’s Kitchen, and that means it’s time for a new challenge! Chef Ramsay gathers the remaining nine contestants in the dining room and tells them that this week is all about…romance! It’s also going to be the first ever Date Night in Hell’s Kitchen, and to prepare for it, the chefs will be tasked with only one hour to make a romantic and delicious dessert. The reward is a trip to Sin City, where the winning team will spend a night in Las Vega’s luxurious Ceasar’s Palace – complete with butlers and five bedrooms! Then, Date Night in Hell’s Kitchen begins and couples of all ages are in the dining room hoping for a special evening and a tasty meal. The Red Team is off to an icy start as tensions rise between Carrie and Elise, and in the Blue Kitchen, repeated mishaps have Chef Ramsay fuming. The losing team must nominate two members for elimination, and for one chef, the honeymoon is over.

The girls and guys take turns throwing paint-soaked balls at the bulls-eye on each other’s backs, aiming for those they want thrown out of the house. Despite receiving the third rose from Jake and Jackie last week, Vienna conspires with boyfriend Kasey to send Jake packing. The losers face elimination while the winners go on three-on-one dates, either to explore a haunted hospital or to spend the night on a yacht.

Murdoch Mysteries: Wednesday, August 17 at 10pm ET/PT (9CT, 8MT)
When a young schoolgirl is found dead of an apparent drowning and blood loss, Detective Murdoch finds himself in the midst of the late 19th-century vampire craze, created by the recent publication of Bram Stoker’s Dracula. Constable Crabtree is convinced that a vampire is responsible for the murder, earning him the wrath of Inspector Brackenreid. But the facts fit Crabtree’s theory, even more so when Murdoch discovers that three other schoolgirls met with a mystery man and bear mysterious bite marks on their necks. Toronto Gazette reporter Paddy Glynn (Ephraim Ellis) stirs up a public outcry and soon, reports of vampires are rolling in from all over the city. Even Dr. Julia Ogden (Helene Joy) is swept up by Stoker’s tale of forbidden sexuality, struggling to control her yearning for Murdoch despite her engagement to Dr. Darcy Garland (Johnathan Watton). When another schoolgirl is attacked, Murdoch uncovers the identity of the mystery man and the motive behind his deadly quest for blood. But is this man a killer? The answer to that question is found in the realms of youthful lust and jealousy.
Karaoke Battle USA (s/ABC): Friday, August 19 at 9pm ET/PT (8CT, 10MT)
