Going live from the red carpet on opening night, TIFF in the City: LIVE takes viewers to the heart of the celebration with a full hour of Festival coverage on Thursday, Sept. 8 from 7 to 7:30pm ET and again at 11:30pm – 12 midnight ETViewers who miss the live coverage will be able to catch recaps of all the best red carpet moments the next day on Breakfast Television, CityNews at Five, CityNews at Six and CityNews Tonight. Winding down TIFF on Sept. 18 from 7 to 7:30pm ET and 11:30pm – 12 midnight ET, the CityNews special TIFF Unzipped wraps up the Festival with a panel of experts talking about the fashions and most memorable moments of the film festival.
 
New CityNews Entertainment Anchor Mary Kitchen - along with BT’s Dina Pugliese - will be at helm of Citytv’s TIFF coverage, going live from the red carpet and providing behind-the-scenes features.  Kitchen, a former reporter with FashionTelevision, makes her Citytv debut on September 8 during TIFF in the City: LIVE.
