- Award-winning Henley joins BT as host
- Wake up even earlier with BT now at 5:30am, beginning Sept. 6 -

(Toronto – Thursday, September 1) School is back in session and Breakfast Television is there to lend a helping hand with friendly faces and a new early broadcast to start the day off right. Beginning September 6, new host Ted Henley joins the Breakfast Television Calgary team. Each and every morning, Henley will wake up Calgarians, delivering the information they need to get their day started. Plus – get a daily dose of BT even earlier when BT kicks of each morning half-an-hour earlier at 5:30am beginning Sept. 6, only on Citytv.

Henley is a familiar face in Calgary, having anchored TV newscasts for more than 10 years. A well respected part of the Calgary media landscape, Henley brings more than 15 years of experience in radio, television and print in cities across the nation. Henley is also a dedicated member of the Calgary community, giving his time to many community organizations, including groups supporting research to find a cure for juvenile diabetes, leukemia and other cancers. Henley also coaches minor hockey and is involved with local charities, such as the Calgary Real Estate Board Charitable Foundation, Kids Curing Kids, and CUPS Third World Society.
