(EDMONTON – February 10, 2012) Rogers Radio station 91.7 The Bounce celebrates its seventh birthday this year in style, throwing a massive bash that showcases some of the world’s hottest acts in music. As announced earlier this week, tickets are on sale today for the 91.7 The Bounce Birthday Bash – an all-ages concert featuring international recording artists Pit Bull and Flo Rida. Throughout the weeks leading up to the event, listeners are encouraged to enter to win tickets through both on-air and online contests, at TheBounce.ca/contests.
The 91.7 The Bounce Birthday Bash takes place at Edmonton’s Rexall Place on Thursday, March 22 at 7pm MT, with doors opening at 6pm.
“This is not your typical cake-and-ice-cream party. As Edmonton’s No. 1 hit music station, we’re excited to celebrate our birthday by offering an event as massive as this birthday bash,” said Al Ford, Operations Manager, 91.7 The Bounce. “This will be an experience like none other for our loyal listeners.”
Tickets for the 91.7 The Bounce Birthday Bash start at $44.50 and are on sale today at Livenation.com, Ticketmaster, and on the Rogers Wireless Box Office, a mobile ticketing service available exclusively to Rogers Wireless customers where Rogers pays the ticket service charges.
