Johnny Reid, The Tenors, and Kardinal Offishall Headline Stacked Lineup of Musical Performers at the 28th Annual City New Year's Bash on Citytv
TORONTO (November 29, 2012) With Canada’s most diverse lineup of musical talent, the country’s highest-rated Canadian New Year’s countdown show invites viewers to ring in 2013 with millions of their closest friends during the 28th annual City New Year’s Bash, beginning at 10 p.m. ET/CT and 8 p.m. MT/PT on Citytv.
Hosted by Citytv and Rogers Radio on-air personalities in three cities across Canada, City New Year’s Bash 2013 will usher in the New Year live with exciting musical performances, and loads of family entertainment in front of tens of thousands of revelers at the heart of the action from Citytv’s three party centrals: Nathan Phillips Square in Toronto, Olympic Plaza in Calgary, and Churchill Square in Edmonton.
Featuring double platinum-selling artist Johnny Reid, hip-hop legend Kardinal Offishall, Canadian pop artist Shawn Desman, multi-platinum group The Tenors, and pop songstress Victoria Duffield – Canada’s premier destination for family fun this New Year’s Eveis on Citytv at the City New Year’s Bash 2013.

As the country’s #1 rated homegrown New Year’s countdown, this year Canada’s biggest party gets even bigger with the addition of an all-new event in Edmonton hosted by Citytv on-air personalities Ryan Jespersen and Bridget Ryan, alongside Liann Cameron from 91.7 The BOUNCE, and Brandy Taylor from SONiC 102.9, who join forces to host a free, all-ages New Year’s Eve celebration from Churchill Square in the heart of downtown Edmonton.
In Toronto, Citytv on-air personalities Dina Pugliese, Kevin Frankish, Tracy Moore, and Gord Martineau will ring in 2013 in front of thousands of party-goers from Nathan Phillips Square. Citytv on-air personalities Tara Slone, Ted Henley, Andrew Schultz, and Jill Belland will host festivities with thousands of revelers from Olympic Plaza in Calgary.
