Rogers Radio Stations Take Home Top Honours at the 2013 Canadian Music and Broadcast Industry Awards
Rogers Radio stations in key markets Toronto and Edmonton claimed the night’s biggest wins as 98.1 CHFI (Toronto), KiSS 92.5 (Toronto), 680News (Toronto), and SONiC 102.9 (Edmonton) were each named “Station of the Year” in their respective formats. In addition to the title of “Station of the Year”, SONiC 102.9 Program Director Al Ford, was recognized with the additional honour of “Program Director of the Year, Major Market”.
Soon to be rebranded the Rogers K-Rock Centre, Kingston’s K-Rock Centre was celebrated with the award for “Major Facility of the Year (capacity under 8,000).”
