TORONTO (May 2, 2013) As announced on The Erin & Mike Morning Show on 98.1 CHFI, Rogers Media presents an exclusive multiplatform musical experience with celebrated country group Lady Antebellum. Rogers Media kicks off the month of May with Lady A on the eve of their new release, Golden, with an exclusive 60-minute interview special hosted by 98.1 CHFI announcer Tish Iceton airing May 6 on select Rogers Radio stations (see full list of radio stations below).


On Monday, May 20, at 4 p.m. ET, fans are invited to Toronto’s Yonge-Dundas Square for Victoria Day with Lady A where the platinum-selling band takes the stage for a free, hour-long concert presented by La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries and Toronto’s Perfect Music Mix 98.1 CHFI. Beginning May 6, listeners across Ontario have daily chances to win a spot in the special VIP viewing area and exclusive backstage passes.


Then on Tuesday, May 21, viewers are treated to an up-close and personal performance when Lady Antebellum joins Breakfast Television for a national morning show exclusive to chat about their latest record, Golden, and play their biggest hits. The band will also appear in a Cityline primetime special, airing May 28 at 9 p.m. ET on City (check local listings).


Kicking off the month-long events, fans can get an early start on all things Lady A on May 6 in a special interview with the band airing on select Rogers Radio stations across Canada (check local station websites for air time). Hosted by 98.1 CHFI on-air host Tish Iceton, the band chats about the making of Golden, life on the road, and the band’s unbeatable chemistry. The interview will also be available online.
