“Around the House”
Host Tracy Moore and design expert Carson Arthur showcase two DIY projects to decorate a backyard, while lifestyle expert Shoana Jensen provides tips on how to continue outdoor entertaining into the cool summer evenings. Plus, on check out lifestyle expert Shoana Jensen’s online series “Shoana’s 60-Second Cocktails” for delicious summer cocktail recipes.

“Around the House”

Wednesday, Aug. 14:

“Family Day”
Join host Tracy Moore and Cityline’s guest experts as they prepare college-bound students for life away from home. Design expert Leigh-Ann Allaire Perrault provides tips for setting up dorm rooms, and lifestyle expert Mary Dobson teaches students how to do their own laundry efficiently. Plus, on check out the new “Back-to-School” section for lunch and snack ideas, advice on arranging a study area, and tips for back-to-school shopping.

America’s Got Talent

“Live Quarterfinals Results”
America’s votes are revealed in the pressure-packed eliminations round, capping off the last quarterfinal results. Celebrity judges Howard Stern, Howie Mandel, Heidi Klum, and Mel B. announce the final four acts advancing to the Top 24 to continue their pursuit of the $1 million prize.

Thursday, Aug. 15:

“Home Day”

Saturday, Aug. 17:

Great Canadian Movie – School of Life (2005): 9 p.m. ET/MT/PT, 8 p.m. CT
Mr. D. (Ryan Reynolds, R.I.P.D.), a history teacher with a different approach to public education, competes with a stuffy biology teacher, Matt Warner, (David Paymer, Bad Teacher) for the "Teacher of the Year" award in the small town of Fallbrook, California. When Warner discovers a secret about Mr. D that could cost him the title, the entire town of Fallbrook learns an important lesson that can't be taught in a classroom. Directed by William Dear (The Perfect Game), School of Life also stars Kate Vernon (Battlestar Galactica) and John Astin (The Addams Family).

Sunday, Aug. 18:

Secret Millionaire (s/ABC): 9 p.m. ET/PT. 10 p.m. MT, 8 p.m. CT
“Debbie Johnston: Richmond, CA”
Debbie Johnston, owner of health-care agency Care Advantage, spends a week working with grassroots organizations in Richmond, California, including a community centre, a studio art program for adults with disabilities, and a food-production organization. In the end, Johnston surprises unsuspecting volunteers with a donation to their organizations.
