America’s Got Talent (s/NBC): 9 p.m. ET/PT. 10 p.m. MT, 8 p.m. CT
**Two-hour Episode**
“Live Quarterfinals Performance”
This season’s unqualified quarter-final acts are back to perform live in the “wild card” round for one last chance at the $1 million prize. The “wild cards” perform for celebrity judges Howard Stern, Howie Mandel, Heidi Klum, and Mel B. in hopes of winning America’s votes.
Wednesday, Aug. 21:
America’s Got Talent (s/NBC): 9 p.m. ET/PT. 10 p.m. MT, 8 p.m. CT
“Live Quarterfinal Results”
America’s votes from the “wild card” performances are revealed in the thrilling elimination round, sending the last four acts to the semi-finals. Celebrity judges Howard Stern, Howie Mandel, Heidi Klum, and Mel B. announce the contestants advancing to the Top 24 to continue their pursuit of the $1 million prize.
Thursday, Aug. 22:
Entertainment City: Robin Thicke: 7 p.m. ET/PT/MT, 6 p.m. CT
**One-hour Special**
Breakfast Television Toronto’s Dina Pugliese and KiSS 92.5’s Adam Wylde host an intimate one-hour interview with “Blurred Lines” superstar Robin Thicke in a room full of his biggest fans. Thicke chats about his relationship with his wife, actress Paula Patton (Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol), and being a devoted dad to his son Julian. The special also features a surprise visit from his father and Growing Pains star Alan Thicke, in which the two share an emotional and genuine moment that brings Thicke Sr. to tears. Later, Robin Thicke performs this summer’s smash hit, the title track from his brand-new album Blurred Lines.
Sunday, Aug. 25:
Secret Millionaire (s/ABC): 9 p.m. ET/PT. 10 p.m. MT, 8 p.m. CT
“Amos Winbush, New Orleans, LA”
Amos Winbush, CEO and founder of tech company CyberSynchs, spends a week living in low-income housing in New Orleans, meeting locals who helped restore hope and revitalize the community in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. In the end, Winbush makes a remarkable donation of his own money to the community and its rebuilding efforts.
