“Wing Lam, Mobile, AL”
Wing Lam, cofounder of Wahoo's Fish Taco, spends a week working with grassroots organizations in Mobile, Alabama, including a homeless shelter and a non-profit group that helps low-income residents. At the end of the week, Lam surprises the community with a generous donation of his own money.
